About Our Client:

It isa leading software development company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, custom software development, and software exports, serving both local and international markets.

Job Responsibilites:

  • Lead sales strategy and generate leads through social media and freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr).
  • Engage clients and present tailored software solutions.
  • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and mentor a sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation.
  • Software sales experience with international clients.
  • Proven lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preparing and analyzing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assisting in contract negotiations and pricing approvals.
  • Define monthly/quarterly sales targets, oversee lead generation, and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Coordinating with the product development team for customer feedback and product improvements.
  • Working with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conducting workshops, mentoring junior sales staff, and guiding them in complex sales strategies.
  • Identifying areas for sales process improvement and implementing efficiency strategies.
  • Highly organized with a data-driven mindset.
  • Capable of working independently, prioritizing results, and taking ownership.
  • Strong leadership presence knows when to delegate and when to take charge.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Karachi

Experience: 3 + years

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 Morning Shift

Monday to Friday: 20:00 to 03:00 (Hybrid) Night shift
