Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. You'll be required to bid on various outsourcing portals i.e. Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru and other bidding websites.
  2. 2-3 years’ experience in bidding required.
  3. Be fluent in written and spoken English.
  4. Dedicated, highly motivated & self-driven to take charge of the bidding and lead generation process.
  5. Excellent knowledge of accounts set up, work requirements and methodology of online bidding platforms Upwork and Guru etc.
  6. Ability to achieve sales targets.
  7. Bid effectively to generate new business, branding and contacts generation.
  8. Identifying client requirements, proposing appropriate solution.
  9. Must be able to coordinate and share information with the team members to generate accurate quotes.
  10. Track and analyze competitor activities.
  11. Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
  12. Good understanding on how to avoid refunds.
  13. Pro-actively bidding in online market places for projects on a daily basis.
