Ciklum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Pakistan to join a cross-functional team delivering a nationwide government platform modernization. You will gather, elicit, and document business, user, and system requirements, coordinating with product owners and technology leads to manage backlogs and drive value.

You will define processes, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with global stakeholders on agile delivery and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills for large audiences and top-tier management.
• 3+ years IT industry experience with international clients and production delivery exposure.
• Deep SDLC understanding with at least 1 year in Agile/value delivery.
• Experience establishing BA processes from scratch including elicitation and change management.
• Controls for requirements lifecycle: traceability, prioritization, documentation structures.
• Modeling using UML/BPMN and adapting approach per project context.
• Roadmap and backlog management to guard scope and maximize value.
• Mastery of requirements management tools (JIRA/Confluence) and prototyping tools.
• Awareness of latest IT trends, digitalization, and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and teams to align on solutions.
• Tailor requirements communication to project specifics and stakeholders.

• Govern scope by tracking changes and resolving requirements conflicts.
• Prioritize requirements and define non-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Mentor other analysts to promote growth and excellence.
• Organize knowledge-sharing and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Partner with Product Managers on strategy and long-term value delivery.
• Evaluate and improve BA processes with actionable proposals.
• Maintain robust requirements lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Oversee solution implementation and conduct acceptance testing.
• Champion customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
