Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Telecom Business Analyst to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and support end-to-end project delivery. You will bridge business stakeholders with DWH teams and own the requirements lifecycle from engagement to UAT and sprint delivery.

Candidates should have telecom domain experience, data warehousing and modeling skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Telecom industry experience is required.
• Experience with Data Warehouse design and management (DWH/DWE).
• Strong data modeling skills (star/schema, dimensional modeling).
• Familiarity with SMX/RMX and BRD/FSD authoring.
• Proven stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Business Analyst with a strong understanding of data architecture and proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and support end-to-end project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and DWH teams.
• Translate complex telecom business requirements into precise data models, functional specifications, and actionable delivery plans.
• You will own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end, from stakeholder engagement and can create SMX/RMX BRD sign-off, UAT coordination, and sprint delivery tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Telecom industry experience (B2C, FTTH, MVNO, 5G, BSS/OSS)
• Data Warehouse design & management (DWH/DWE)
• Data modeling (Star schema, Snowflake, dimensional modeling)
• SMX / RMX
• BRD and FSD authoring
• Stakeholder management across business & technical teams
• Executive presentation & communication skills
• Data engineering understanding (ETL/ELT, pipelines, SQL)
• Agile/Scrum methodology (Jira, sprint ceremonies)
• UAT coordination and defect management
• Adept at navigating cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders effectively, with demonstrated experience in large-scale telecommunications environments
• Excellent English communication skills
