Job summary

CureMD Corporation, a healthcare IT solutions provider in Pakistan, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end analysis lifecycle and align business objectives with technical solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams and shape product direction while following CureMD's Product Development Process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or similar environments.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and documentation practices.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagements to define project scope and objectives.
• Perform market analysis, system evaluation, and gap analysis to identify opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality requirement documentation and business case development.
• Drive solution design, workflows, and feature definition aligned with business goals.
• Review and validate prototypes, ensuring usability and scalability.

• Oversee user stories, test cases, and requirements traceability.

• Research & Analysis:

• Concept Development & Prototyping:
  • Drive solution design, workflows, and feature definition aligned with business goals.

• Functional Specifications & Architecture:
  • Oversee user stories, test cases, and requirements traceability.
