Overview
The Senior Brand Manager Colas is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager Colas in the design, development and delivery of a key Project on Brand Pepsi. Major responsibility is in ensuring the flawless planning & execution of the Key Project. Also responsible for continuous monitoring of performance, its initiatives and recommending improvements in plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop & deploy marketing initiatives for the Key project. Develop strategic direction and communication, (Thematic campaigns, grassroots activities, promotions)
- Liaise with local and International Advertising and Media agencies for the development, execution and evaluation of advertising campaign and brand activities
- Assist SMM in managing the Project related activities
- Continuously monitor brand performance and competitor activities
- Recommend & coordinate the execution of market research
- Sales volume plan achievement for Colas
- Responsible for Share, SOS & CTS scores
- GRPs and CPRPs value enhancements and efficiencies
- Assist SMM in project budget management
- Ensure that the audit / GCS process is properly implemented (be GCS compliant at all times)
- Ensure suppliers are selected as per the GCS process and execute their duties as expected of them
- Interact with: Bottler GMs & Sales Managers for Selling of Marketing Activities; Franchise Managers for co-coordinating activities & evaluation; Finance Managers for budgeting, forecasting & control requirement; Creative and Media/Digital agencies for program delivery
- Trade and Channel Development
- Below the line support such as design and producing POS
- Conduct regular market visits and keep the Franchise / Commercial team updated with the learning’s
Qualifications
- MBA from a reputable local or international university
- Driving for results

- Must be skilled in analysis and problem solving and have excellent project and financial management skills
