Qualifications

• Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and scriptwriting.
• Ability to turn a brief or business objective into a strong creative concept and campaign.
• Excellent understanding of social media content and video-first marketing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of hooks, CTAs, audience psychology, and conversion-focused creatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly creative, proactive, and able to take ownership from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies and campaign concepts aligned with brand and business goals.
• Lead creative storytelling, scriptwriting, hooks, and campaign narratives.
• Develop ideas for engaging video and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to bring concepts to life.
• Review and refine creatives to ensure strong brand messaging and execution.
• Create content and campaign calendars based on trends, audience insights, and business objectives.
• Understand and support performance marketing and Meta Ads, including leads, conversions, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve future creatives.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new creative opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across platforms.
