The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BI/analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, and strong skills in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python or R. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in BI/analytics with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and SQL; Python or R a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI/Analytics team and drive data-driven strategies.
• Oversee BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and models.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across data platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data-driven decision making.
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships for BI tools and technologies.
