Veeam Software, Inc. is building a new SaaS platform with a globally distributed agile team. You will help ensure the framework and products meet design, implementation, and quality goals for data analytics and enterprise challenges.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services, author architecture and design documents, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong communication and collaboration with teams are essential for delivering secure, high-performance software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Backend architecture and distributed systems experience.
• Experience delivering cloud-based scalable services.
• Proficient in GoLang, Node.js, Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong Linux/bash scripting skills.
• Solid unit/integration testing practices.
• Familiarity with microservices, REST/HTTP/2, CI/CD.
• SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins; Kaizen of code quality.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and architect core backend platform as part of a globally distributed team.
• Create architecture/functional/design documents and developer test plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end development, deployment, and testing of new features.
• Write reliable, secure, scalable code and conduct code reviews.
• Monitor performance and participate in on-call for urgent issues.
• Collaborate with customer support to address issues and improve product.
• Integrate new technologies into backend cloud infrastructure.
