Job summary

Smart Working is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer - AWS (Backend / DevOps-leaning) to design, build and maintain our AWS infrastructure using Terraform and IaC. The role focuses on reliable cloud infrastructure and supporting delivery processes in a long-term engagement.

You will manage EC2 and core components, support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, and implement security and compliance controls including ISO27001; remote-friendly, with ongoing collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS experience.
• 3+ years Terraform / IaC with CI/CD.
• 2+ years managing EC2 and core infrastructure.
• 1+ year ISO27001 or similar security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
