Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition to elevate our recruitment efforts and support our strategic talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates across various functions within the organization. Your skills in candidate sourcing, assessment, and relationship management will contribute significantly to building a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our company culture and objectives.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical competencies, soft skills, and overall fit within the organization, utilizing structured evaluation techniques.


  • Employ advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.


  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and assist in crafting effective job descriptions.


  • Manage the logistics of the interview process, coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.


  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that reflects the organization’s values and culture.


  • Contribute to efforts aimed at attracting a diverse candidate pool and promoting an inclusive hiring process that aligns with organizational diversity goals.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.


  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive practices to provide valuable insights that enhance recruitment strategies.


  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, effectively communicating our brand and values to potential candidates.


  • Provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights to support their development within the talent acquisition team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.


  • Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including executive and specialized positions.


  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.


  • Proficiency in English both written and oral.


  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, focusing on collaboration.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining positive and focused on goal.


  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) with track record of keeping thorough and accurate records of the recruiting process for each candidate, including emails, interview bookings, evaluation notes etc.
