Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate - Accounts & Finance to join our finance team in an onsite role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing and vendor/client coordination.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit-related documentation.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in financial processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support finance-related queries and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a BPO or service-sector environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
