Job summary

K-Electric in Karachi is seeking a Civil Diploma holder to organize and execute works responsibilities in the assigned role. You will monitor field activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely completion within BOQ and budget while maintaining quality and safety.

The role emphasizes HSEQ compliance, invoice verification, and participation in safety meetings. A DAE in Civil and a minimum of 3 years' experience in construction and renovation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control on all field activities of the works team in the assigned Region by the guidelines of concern manager.
• To control and assure the execution of works through subcontractors and ensure timely completion with effective quality control.
• Control that projects of the region are completed on time as per schedule and as per BOQ, as per quality and with allocated budgets.
• Invoice verification of vendors’ bill.
• Ensure HSEQ practices at work site.
• Participation in designated Safety Committee Meetings (B level, D level Committee Meetings) As per frequency mentioned in KE-SP-004 SOP
