Responsibilities

• Monitor and control field activities in the assigned region.
• Assist AM to prepare project schedules using historical data.
• Gather user demands for estimates.
• Supervise execution with subcontractors; ensure on-time completion with quality and within budget.
• Review contractor bills and amendments.
• Ensure regional projects meet schedules, quality and budgets.
• Conduct market surveys for price data and value-add items for estimates.
• Coordinate with KE business units.
• Participate in Safety Committee Meetings as per SOP.
