Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks an ARC Manager to lead a remote, multinational team handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other recovery matters for distressed commercial loans. You will coordinate daily operations, guide case strategy, monitor progress, and align recovery efforts with business goals across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience leading or supervising legal professionals and managing a substantial portfolio of cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of legal professionals responsible for litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other Asset Resolution matters involving distressed commercial business loans.
• Allocate workloads, establish priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely and consistent case management.
• Provide legal guidance on foreclosure proceedings, breach of note and guaranty claims, bankruptcy, title disputes, receiverships, judgment enforcement, deficiency claims, and other creditor recovery matters.
• Monitor case progress, identify legal and operational risks, address delays, and elevate complex matters to senior management when appropriate.
• Review litigation strategies, settlement proposals, and recovery alternatives to support commercially sound decisions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on case strategy, deadlines, legal documentation, performance, and legal expenditures.
