Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks an experienced Closing Operations professional to manage daily workflow, loan assignments, and closing priorities. You will monitor pipelines and guide Closing Analysts to ensure timely, accurate closings and funding across the organization.

You will coordinate with underwriting, title, and legal teams, review documentation, and help resolve complex exceptions. This is a fully remote, nationwide role with a focus on efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage or commercial lending closing experience.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, title companies, and internal lending teams.
• Strong knowledge of loan closing, title clearance, collateral documentation, and real estate-secured lending.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritize deadlines, and meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Closing Manager with daily workflow, loan assignments, and closing priorities.
• Monitor the closing pipeline to ensure loans remain on schedule.
• Review loan documents, settlement statements, payoff documentation, closing instructions, and related closing documentation.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Title, Legal, and Funding to resolve outstanding conditions.
• Identify potential closing delays and communicate concerns to the Closing Manager.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Coordinate with closing attorneys, title companies, settlement agents, and internal departments to facilitate timely closings.
• Review closing packages for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify documentation errors and potential closing deficiencies before funding.
• Ensure adherence to checklists and company policies.
• Support the Closing Manager in implementing updated procedures and quality standards.
