Senior Architect vacancy in Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will oversee the design and construction processes of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and deadlines. You will collaborate with clients and project managers to develop project plans, create architectural designs, and supervise construction teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and develop plans.
2. Create architectural designs using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
3. Manage all phases of the design process from concept to final construction drawings.
4. Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and budgets.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
6. Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
7. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and contractors.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. Note that this is a full-time role without accommodation. Part-time or remote options are not available. Students seeking internships or part-time roles are not eligible.
