A reputable architecture firm in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for various projects from concept development to construction. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that meet the clients requirements and align with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the design process including conceptualization, development and construction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements and budget for each project.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are feasible.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular quality checks on designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in architecture, materials, technology and sustainability.

Requirements
