Job summary

GenMediTech in Rawalpindi seeks an experienced Senior AR Specialist to join the team at Satellite Town. You will analyze and resolve complex claims across multiple specialties, optimize AR processes, and maximize reimbursement while reducing aging AR.

The role requires proficiency in billing software and RCM, strong analytical skills, and multi-specialty experience; cardiology/ nephrology exposure is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior AR Specialist.
• Multi-specialty skills and experience.
• Proficiency in billing software and RCM processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Cardiology and Nephrology will be a plus.

Responsibilities
