Job summary

Reachify Agency is seeking a senior Amazon PPC expert to take full ownership of an evolving portfolio of accounts and upcoming product launches. The role requires building campaign architecture across all Amazon ad formats, performing data-driven optimization, and coordinating with inventory and reviews to maximize launch velocity.

You will be judged on business outcomes such as ACOS/TACOS, organic ranking growth, and launch velocity, with rigorous weekly reporting in clear English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on managing real Amazon ad accounts.
• Experience launching multiple new products from zero, not just optimizing existing listings.
• Comfortable working with raw data exports (search term reports, campaign reports, Transaction View, placement reports).
• Strong written English for structured weekly reporting.
• Comfortable being measured against agreed KPIs, not just effort.

Responsibilities

• Full campaign architecture across Auto, Manual Exact/Phrase, Product Targeting, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display.
• Search term analysis, negative keyword strategy, and placement bid strategy based on real data thresholds.
• Weekly ACOS/TACOS tracking against targets with clear reasoning behind decisions.
• Reconciling PPC performance against actual sales, not just Ads console numbers in isolation.
• Lead launch PPC strategy from day one with zero historical data and unknown competitive landscape.

The team specializes in Amazon Private Label brands across USA, UK & UAE. We have launched over 200+ projects in past 5 years and achieved significant results on the Private Label Brands.

We're an active Amazon private label seller running multiple FBA brands with real ongoing ad spend. We are looking for a senior-level, proven Amazon PPC expert to take full ownership of both our existing account portfolio and every new product launch going forward — not a bid-management assistant, and not someone applying a generic playbook.

Role Description

This is a high-responsibility, performance-accountable role. You will be judged on real business outcomes: ACOS, TACOS, launch velocity, and organic ranking growth — not just campaign activity.

Scope of responsibility:

Ongoing account management:

• Full campaign architecture (Auto, Manual Exact/Phrase, Product Targeting, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Search term analysis, negative keyword strategy, and placement bid strategy based on real data thresholds
• Weekly ACOS/TACOS tracking against agreed targets, with clear reasoning behind every decision
• Reconciling PPC performance against actual sales, not just Ads console numbers in isolation

New product launches (this is the differentiator we need):

• Full launch PPC strategy from day one — zero historical data, zero reviews, competitive keyword landscape unknown
• Keyword research and ranking-focused campaign structure to build organic rank velocity, not just short-term sales
• Managing the higher-ACOS "investment phase" of a launch responsibly, with a clear plan for when and how spend tapers as organic rank builds
• Coordinating PPC timing with inventory, review generation (Vine), and listing readiness

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on managing real Amazon ad accounts, including direct experience launching multiple new products from zero — not just optimizing existing mature listings
• Demonstrated experience taking a product from launch to profitable, ranked position — you'll be asked to walk through a specific launch you personally ran
• Fully comfortable working with raw data exports (search term reports, campaign reports, Transaction View, placement reports) — not just the dashboard
• Strong, clear written English for structured weekly reporting
• Comfortable being measured against agreed KPIs, not just "effort"
