Job summary

Metaviz in Lahore is hiring a software engineer to build and ship AI-powered automation that interfaces with CRMs and telephony. You will own live client automations and contribute to end-to-end system design, from architecture to production deployment.

The role requires 3+ years of production software experience, strong Python skills (FastAPI/Flask), and hands-on use of n8n or equivalent workflow tooling. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of paid, full-time experience building production software, including at least one shipping LLM-based systems.
• Strong Python skills with FastAPI or Flask and maintainable code.
• Hands-on n8n or equivalent workflow tooling in production, including error handling and monitoring.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration; RAG with a vector store; measured prompt design.
• Integration with at least one CRM API and at least one telephony or messaging API.
• Habit of writing runbooks, README files, and design notes.

Job description

We build AI systems that run real businesses: automated content engines, proposal generators, voice and chat agents, and internal platforms for a UK marketing agency, plus our own products. The work spans n8n, Python, LLM pipelines, and integrations with CRMs and telephony.

We have one exceptional engineer leading this work. We want a second one. You will take system designs and ship them to production, own live client automations, and review your own work to a written standard before anyone else sees it. You will not be taught the basics. You will be trusted with the hard parts.

You need:

• Three or more years of paid, full-time experience building production software, at least one of them shipping LLM-based systems that real users depend on. Internships do not count.
• Strong Python. FastAPI or Flask. You write code someone else can maintain.
• Hands-on n8n or equivalent workflow tooling in production, including error handling and monitoring, not just demos.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or your own orchestration; RAG with a vector store; prompt design that you have measured, not guessed.
• Integration experience with at least one CRM API and at least one telephony or messaging API.
• The habit of writing things down: runbooks, README files, design notes.

Salary: up to 100,000 PKR per month depending on experience. You work directly with the founder on system design.

Probation:

30 days. Confirmation is based on the day-30 targets we will share with you on day one.
