Position

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, a strong background in Python programming, and a passion for developing cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven portfolio of relevant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Continuously improve and optimize algorithms for better accuracy and performance.
• Manipulate and analyze data with Pandas and NumPy, ensuring data quality.
• Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage resources efficiently.
• Use Docker for creating scalable environments.
