Job summary

A leading software development company is seeking a Principal AI and ML Engineer with at least 7 years of overall experience. This senior role combines technical leadership with architecture design for Agentic AI systems. The successful candidate will design scalable AI platforms, lead prototypes, and mentor engineers. Strong AI and ML development experience, proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and expertise in open-source platforms are essential. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, within a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in software engineering or ML engineering.
• 4 or more years of hands-on AI and ML development.
• Proven experience designing and prototyping multi-agent AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with enterprise Agent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade AI and ML architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Lead implementation of AI systems using open-source and proprietary solutions.
• Architect Agentic AI solutions using multi-agent collaboration.
• Define scalable infrastructure for training and real-time execution.
• Lead engineering teams during AI prototype and production delivery.
