Job summary

Troxis seeks an Accounts Manager in Lahore to oversee payroll processing, cash management, and financial record-keeping. You will directly report to the Finance Director and work with banking partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

The role requires ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification with 5–8 years of accounting, payroll, and finance experience, including supervisory exposure in IT preferred. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential for accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in accounting, payroll processing, and finance operations, with supervisory exposure.
• Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and accounting best practices.
• Must have verifiable work history with reference letters.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly payroll cycle and ensure accurate salary calculations and statutory deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and transaction documentation.
• Perform monthly GL account reconciliations and ensure audit readiness.
• Record financial transactions and maintain journal entries.
• Reconcile petty cash and manage vendor disbursement cycle with proper approvals.
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare monthly cash reports.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Coordinate with banks and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
