Encoders Digital is currently looking for a Research Analyst/Academic Writer.

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent English skills who are looking for the opportunity to build their expertise as research writers while working on different projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Must be passionate about writing and can write without making grammatical or spelling errors.
2. Deliver plagiarism-free content.
3. Use various writing styles and formats (APA, MLA, Chicago, Turabian, Harvard, etc.).
4. Conduct extensive research on the given topic, follow the guidelines, and produce a compiled report.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
2. Strong knowledge in any area such as business, marketing, HRM, finance, engineering, management, history, computer sciences, etc.
3. Superior command of the English language.
4. Ability to work independently with little direction.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; should be able to efficiently manage deadlines.
6. Good command over Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
7. Expertise in SPSS, MATLAB, Minitab, and other technical tools will be a plus point.
