Job summary

Game District in Lahore is seeking a Senior 2D Artist for mobile games. You will create polished assets for characters, environments, props, UI, icons, and other game-ready artwork, while keeping a consistent style across screens.

You will collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Artists to bring concepts to life, ensure high visual quality, and optimize artwork for mobile production timelines. A strong portfolio and mastery of Photoshop are required.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating 2D artwork for mobile games.
Strong portfolio with game-ready assets across characters, environments, UI, and icons.
Solid understanding of readability on small screens and production workflows.
Ability to collaborate with designers, developers and other artists.
Experience mentoring junior artists is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and digital art fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Create polished 2D characters, environments, props, UI assets, icons and other game-ready artwork.
Maintain a consistent art style, readability, and composition across mobile screens.
Translate concepts into production-ready assets and coordinate with the team.
Ensure artwork is organized, optimized, and ready for in-game integration.
Mentor junior artists and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
Incorporate AI-assisted workflows for concept development and asset variation.
