Job summary

Game District in Lahore is seeking a creative 2D Game & UI Artist with a sharp eye for visual design, game art and user interfaces. You will contribute assets and UI elements that enhance gameplay and player experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, understands current gaming trends, and is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration with feedback from design leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Game Art, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in 2D game art and UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio of game art and UI work.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D game assets, including characters, environments, objects, backgrounds, icons, and promotional visuals
• Design engaging game UI elements, screens, menus, and interfaces
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Artists to deliver production-ready assets
• Maintain visual consistency across game art and UI
• Contribute creative ideas and iterate designs based on feedback
• Stay updated with gaming trends, art styles, and UI patterns
• Use AI tools and effective prompting for ideation, asset creation, and creative exploration
