Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Personnel role based in Lahore. The Security Personnel will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and assets. Daily duties include conducting patrols, reporting and documenting incidents, supporting emergency response procedures, and coordinating with security management on risk mitigation measures. The role may involve operating security systems, assisting in basic cybersecurity and information protection practices, and following established HSE protocols. The Security Personnel will work in shifts as required, maintain professional conduct, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold TriVex's security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Physical Security, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
• Foundational understanding of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles to support integrated security operations.
• Basic familiarity with Network Security concepts, particularly as they relate to security systems and monitoring tools.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear reporting, coordination with teams, and interaction with clients and visitors.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and follow established protocols and procedures.
• Physical fitness sufficient for patrolling, standing for extended periods, and responding to emergencies.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Relevant certifications or training in security, HSE, or risk management are an advantage.
