Job summary

Farbstoffe Intl in Faisalabad is seeking an experienced Security Guard to protect our plant, its chemical storage areas and personnel. The role covers gate control, patrols, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting across the site, warehouses and utility zones.

A candidate should have matric or equivalent, 4–5 years in industrial security, basic firefighting and first aid knowledge, and the stamina for night shifts. Flexibility and strict adherence to safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Check ID cards, maintain entry/exit register, verify visitors and gate passes.
• Patrolling: Regular rounds of the plant, storage tanks, chemical warehouses, boundary walls, and utility areas.
• Gate Security: Inspect goods, vehicles and bags; stop unauthorised entry.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and fire panels.
• Log Book: Maintain shift, visitor, incident and patrol logs.
• Coordinate with HSE, production head and local police during an emergency.
• Shift Handover: Properly hand over keys and pending issues at shift end.
• Zero Tolerance: Enforce no smoking, drugs or alcohol on site.
• Emergency Contacts: Know fire brigade, ambulance, manager and HSE numbers.
• Alarm Response: Take alarms seriously (fire, gas leak, intrusion).
• Confidentiality: Do not share information about chemicals or processes.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Security Guard to protect our Faisalabad plant, its chemical storage areas and everyone working inside them. This is a shift role covering gate control, patrolling and CCTV monitoring across the plant, warehouses, storage tanks and utility areas. Because the site handles industrial chemicals, alertness and strict adherence to safety rules matter more here than in ordinary security work.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Check ID cards, maintain the entry/exit register, and verify visitors, contractors and vehicle gate passes
• Patrolling: Take regular rounds of the plant, storage tanks, chemical warehouses, boundary wall, pump house and utility areas
• Gate Security: Check all incoming and outgoing goods, vehicles and bags, and stop unauthorised entry
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and fire panels
• Log Book: Maintain the shift log, visitor log, incident reports and patrol reports
• Vehicle Checking: Check tanker and truck documents, driver ID, and verify the load before entry or exit
• Coordination: Coordinate with HSE, the production head and local police during an emergency
• Shift Handover: Hand over keys, equipment and pending issues properly at the end of each shift
• Zero Tolerance: Enforce the no smoking, drugs or alcohol rule inside mill premises
• Emergency Contacts: Know the fire brigade (1122), ambulance, manager and HSE numbers
• Alarm Response: Treat every alarm seriously, whether fire, gas leak or intrusion
• Confidentiality: Do not share information about chemicals, processes or clients
