Rashid Latif Khan Group is seeking an experienced security professional to oversee our security operations across all premises. The role requires a retired Pakistan Army JCO (Naib Subedar or Subedar) with strong discipline and leadership.

You will supervise guards, manage access control, monitor CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate with administration during emergencies to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Retired Pakistan Army JCO (Naib Subedar or Subedar).
• Relevant experience in security and supervision.
• Strong command of security protocols and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Security Oversight: Supervise all security operations.
• Guard Management: Assign duties and monitor security staff.
• Access Control: Ensure controlled entry and exit of individuals.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor CCTV and security systems.
• Incident Handling: Respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare daily security reports.
• Patrolling Oversight: Ensure regular patrolling of premises.
• Training: Train security personnel on protocols.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies.
• Coordination: Liaise with administration during emergencies.
• Risk Prevention: Identify and mitigate security risks.
• Any Other Task: Perform any additional duty assigned by management.
