Learning Alliance International DHA (DHA – Phase 8) is seeking a Full Time security leadership position. The ideal candidate is a retired Army Officer with a Major rank or equivalent, retired within the last two years, and with a strong background in security management, administration and supervision of personnel.

Qualifications

• Retired Army Officer with Major rank or equivalent.
• Retired within the last 2 years.
• Strong background in security management, administration, and personnel supervision.
• Experience in managing security operations, preferably within an institutional or educational environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall security and safety of the campus.
• Supervise security personnel, deployment, shifts, and protocols.
• Develop and implement effective security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate security arrangements for school events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with campus safety and security standards.
• Liaise with relevant law-enforcement and security agencies when required.
• Maintain discipline, vigilance, and a secure environment for students and staff.
