Seasonal Concierge in Multan

We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge in Multan. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and the local area
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of current events and attractions in Multan to make recommendations to guests
• Ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
