We are seeking a knowledgeable SEO Specialist / SEO All-Rounder to manage and execute SEO strategies, ensuring the optimization and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and tools, and will be able to implement effective SEO tactics to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to business goals and target audience.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
On-Page/Of Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues affecting SEO performance, including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
Content Creation: Able to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and business objectives.
Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the SEO landscape.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ( MUST BE FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION )
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Certifications: SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
