Job summary

MedCare MSO Global is seeking a Senior SEO Executive to elevate our digital presence in the healthcare sector. You will lead advanced SEO initiatives, optimize content and technical SEO, and drive high-quality traffic and conversions across our websites.

You will collaborate with content, development and marketing teams, perform audits, monitor performance with analytics tools, and mentor junior SEO staff while staying ahead of Google updates and industry trends in Lahore.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms and white-hat SEO techniques.
• Experience with SEO tools listed in the job description.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Lead on-page and off-page optimization including content structuring and backlinks.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends for content strategy.
• Perform website audits addressing crawling, indexing, speed, mobile, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement technical SEO practices like structured data, schema, and canonicalization.
• Monitor SEO performance using GA, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Oversee link-building to improve domain authority with ethical SEO.

Medcare MSO is a leading medical billing and revenue cycle management company, dedicated to optimizing healthcare providers' revenue streams. We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can take our digital presence to the next level with advanced SEO strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Position: SEO Executive

Shift Timing: 07:00 pm-04:00am

Location: MMalam, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive high-quality traffic, and boost conversions
• Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content structuring, technical SEO, and backlink strategies
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends evaluation to inform content strategy
• Perform comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including structured data markup, schema implementation, and canonicalization
• Optimize content and landing pages to improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) for better search engine rankings
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Develop and oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority while adhering to ethical SEO practices
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure continued search engine visibility
• Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals
• Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, search intent, and white-hat SEO techniques
• Strong experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Surfers
• Familiarity with content marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and local SEO strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
