Role Overview

We're hiring an Off-Page SEO & Outreach Specialist to help grow the online authority of multiple healthcare and technology clients through ethical, high-quality link acquisition and digital PR. You'll manage outreach campaigns across several client accounts simultaneously, identifying authoritative link opportunities, building relationships with publishers and industry websites, and securing relevant backlinks that improve organic visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, relationship building, and strategic thinking, not simply sending outreach emails. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and relevance of acquired backlinks, growth in referring domains, improvements in organic visibility, and the overall authority of our clients' websites. As many of our clients operate in healthcare (YMYL), quality, trust, and topical relevance will always take priority over link quantity.

Clients: Healthcare technology companies, telehealth platforms, SaaS, private clinics, primary care providers, digital health products, and healthcare service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Build high-quality backlinks through (Guest Posting, Digital PR, Resource Page Outreach, Expert Contributions, Unlinked Brand Mention Reclamation, Broken Link Building, Strategic Partnerships, Relevant Directories & Citation Building).
• Research and qualify authoritative outreach prospects including (Healthcare Publications, Medical & Wellness Websites, Industry Blogs, Professional Associations, Relevant SaaS & Technology Websites, .edu/.gov/.org Websites).
• Evaluate backlink opportunities based on (Topical Relevance, Organic Traffic, Website Authority, Link Profile Quality, Trust Signals, Spam Indicators).
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new outreach opportunities.
• Write personalised outreach emails that build genuine relationships with editors, journalists, bloggers, webmasters, and industry partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and content partners.
• Work closely with the SEO and content teams to identify link-worthy assets (Research, Guides, Case Studies, Statistics, Expert Content).
• Monitor backlink profiles, identify lost or toxic links, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Track campaign performance including (Referring Domains, Link Acquisition, Outreach Response Rate, Placement Rate, Keyword Growth, Organic Traffic Impact).
• Stay up to date with Google Search Essentials, Core Updates, AI Search, E-E-A-T, and emerging off-page SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on Off-Page SEO or Digital PR experience.
• Proven experience securing high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach.
• Experience managing multiple SEO projects or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written English with excellent outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Experience with SEO tools including: (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Hunter.io, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar outreach platforms)
• Strong Understanding of (White hat SEO, Google search essentials, E-E-A-T, Link quality evaluation)
• Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) responsibly to improve research, prospecting, and outreach while ensuring communication remains authentic and personalized.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or health-tech niches.
• Awareness of healthcare content sensitivities and compliance context (e.g. HIPAA/GDPR awareness, avoiding unsupported medical claims).
• Digital PR / journalist outreach experience.
• Basic on-page and technical SEO knowledge.
• Comfort with reporting dashboards and spreadsheets for multi-client tracking.
