Job summary

IOTA SCALE Pvt Ltd. in Islamabad is seeking a proactive Scrum Master/Project Coordinator to drive agile delivery, coordinate sprints, and ensure timely product increments.

You will collaborate with the product owner and technical leads, maintain backlogs, track progress with Jira/Open Project, resolve conflicts, coach the team in agile practices, and support documentation and quality at the end of each sprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Six months to one year of experience in scrum master or project coordinator role.
• Work with the product owner and technical leads to define project scope and timeline.
• Good understanding of tracking tools such as Jira, Open Project, etc.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Coach team members in agile frameworks.
• Assist in technical documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and product delivery.
