Job summary

SBEEC in Lahore is recruiting motivated fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program in the Projects department. The program offers structured training with job rotation and mentorship to develop core project management and engineering skills.

The MTO role includes hands-on experience in planning, procurement, and execution while supporting electrical system installation, with emphasis on HSE compliance and quality standards. The program aims to groom future project leaders.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and MIS reports.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and handover files.
• Raise purchase requisitions and orders, and follow up with suppliers on site deliveries.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, stores, and internal teams.
• Support electrical system installation and commissioning while ensuring HSE and engineering compliance.
