Job summary

Corporate Research and Investigations in Islamabad is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage Accounts Receivable, taxation compliance, and payroll for our Saudi Arabia operations. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, timely collections, and audit-ready records.

You will ensure VAT compliance under ZATCA, coordinate with HR for payroll processing, and support monthly closings and financial reporting with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Taxation, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Saudi VAT regulations and payroll practices.
• Experience with accounting/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ZATCA compliance requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including invoicing, follow-ups, reconciliations, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely recovery.
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and receivable status reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate processing of receipts, collections, and customer payments; handle Saudi taxation duties and VAT documentation.
• Maintain tax records and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and finance stakeholders on taxation and compliance.
• Manage monthly Saudi payroll processing in coordination with HR and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting entries and supporting documentation in systems.
• Support internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for finance and payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies; improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other finance duties as assigned.
