Corporate Research and Investigations seeks a meticulous bookkeeper to manage accounts receivable, taxation, and payroll for its Saudi Arabia operations. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and compliant financial records across the entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Taxation, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Saudi VAT regulations and payroll practices.
• Experience with accounting/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ZATCA compliance requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• English proficiency required; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end AR operations including invoicing and collections.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with internal teams for timely recovery and accurate records.
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and receivable status reports.
• Handle Saudi taxation matters including VAT documentation, reconciliations, filings, and compliance with ZATCA.
• Maintain tax records, supporting documents, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and finance stakeholders on taxation and compliance.
• Manage monthly payroll processing with HR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain payroll records, including salary sheets, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and supporting documentation in accounting systems.
• Support implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for finance and payroll-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor regulations, and applicable financial procedures.
