Responsibilities

• Record and classify financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and keep accounting documentation organized.
• Prepare routine financial statements, reconciliations, and internal reports for management review.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims while checking supporting documents for accuracy.
• Monitor payable and receivable balances, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, budget tracking, and audit preparation.
• Ensure financial records and processes comply with applicable Pakistani accounting and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with colleagues and external parties to obtain financial information and meet reporting deadlines.
