Job summary

Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. in Karachi seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage logistics, inventory, and warehousing operations at the city warehouse.

You will oversee stock movements, loading/unloading, and ensure adherence to SAP-driven processes and SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor’s in SCM/Logistics, 4–6 years in supply chain, and strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of EHS and FSSC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics/related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of EHS and FSSC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Efficient & cost-effective management of logistics & warehousing at Karachi Warehouse, including primary & secondary transportation, inventory replenishment/management.
• Ensure stock loading per STO/SO and receiving (GR) with preparation of analytical reports for warehouse operations & stock.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock movement with proper identification and traceability.
• Implement internal control processes across warehouse operations; identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Guide/train loading staff on guidelines and SOPs for loading/unloading.
• Conduct physical inventory verification; ensure proper stacking and stock condition.
• Promote good warehousing practices and resource optimization (labour, equipment, facilities).
• Implement and improve KPIs for logistics & warehouse operations.
• Ensure PPE, HSE, and labor management compliance in warehouse.
• Lead SAP operations for the designated warehouse and logistics activities.
• Coordinate compliance with internal/external audits including stock & process audits, HACCP, ISO, etc.
