Job summary

Contour Software in Pakistan is seeking a Salesforce Support Specialist to join the Sales Operations team on a 12-month contract. You will provide first-line support to Salesforce users, maintain CRM data quality, assist with data management, and support the Salesforce System Administrator with routine maintenance and projects.

The role requires 1–2 years of Salesforce experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive user experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting Salesforce users or CRM support.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core processes.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards and data management.
• Proficient in Excel and data validation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Salesforce user support and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Respond to and manage Salesforce support requests through ticketing systems.
• Guide users on system processes and best practices.
• Perform data maintenance, imports/exports, and validation.
• Monitor CRM data quality and remediate duplicates or errors.
• Assist with user onboarding and access requests.
• Support UAT for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Help create, validate and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain CRM documentation and user guides.
• Support testing and validation of new functionality before deployment.
• Escalate complex issues with clear information to the Salesforce System Administrator.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and other teams to improve adoption.
• Contribute to ongoing Salesforce projects and improvements.
