Job summary

Contour Software in Karachi seeks a Salesforce Support Specialist on a 12-month contract to provide first-line support for Salesforce users, manage data quality, and assist with routine maintenance. You will work with the Sales Operations team to ensure smooth CRM operations and enable effective user adoption.

The role requires 1–2 years in Salesforce support, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset with good communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience supporting Salesforce users or CRM/Sales ops role.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core processes.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Salesforce user support and issue resolution.
• Manage support tickets and track progress.
• Assist with data maintenance, imports, exports, and data quality.
• Support UAT for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Create and maintain Salesforce documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT for system improvements.
