Tether, part of TEKenable Group, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team in Islamabad, Pakistan. You will configure and optimise Salesforce for internal users and client environments, support users, and contribute to delivery projects while expanding your technical and functional expertise.

This collaborative role offers hands-on configuration and ongoing professional growth, with clear progression into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports.
• Manage user administration including user setup, roles, profiles and permissions.
• Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution.
• Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes.
• Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation.
• Assist in testing activities including system testing and UAT.
• Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows.
• Work toward Salesforce Administrator and relevant certifications.

Hiring Process

Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call.
