Job summary

muSharp is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.

Join on-site/hybrid Lahore, Pakistan, with a strong emphasis on security, data modeling, integrations, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Guide CI/CD strategy and DevOps implementation.
• Evaluate new Salesforce releases and features.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Create architecture documentation and technical design documents.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
