Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Team Lead with a proven track record in the IT industry and academic/research services sector. This role demands a strategic thinker and strong executor who can drive revenue through effective sales leadership, pipeline management, and client relationship development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT service sales and should be familiar with academic and research writing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and team KPIs are consistently met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in both IT solutions and academic/research writing services
  • Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and oversee end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales executives to improve product knowledge and selling skills
  • Liaise with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for senior management
  • Handle key client accounts and resolve any escalated client concerns professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to academic or research writing services
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C IT sales cycles and lead conversion strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple client segments with tailored pitches
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English and Urdu

Preferred:

  • Experience with selling software solutions, IT consultancy, or digital services
  • Familiarity with platforms related to academic writing or international research support
  • Previous role in a sales leadership capacity within a fast-paced service-oriented company
