This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, sales, customer support, and training. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, adept at problem resolution, and proactive in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

1. Must have a Western Accent of English
2. Having B2B Sales experience is a significant advantage
3. Experience in the manufacturing industry of Leather/Gloves (PPE) is a plus
4. Should have customer service and communication experience
5. Should have sales and customer support experience
6. Must have excellent verbal and written (email) communication skills
7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
8. Ability to work independently and in a virtual office environment
