Job summary

ABS International in Karachi seeks motivated sales professionals for outbound calling to US-based customers. You will start conversations, build interest, and close sales with full training and ongoing coaching.

We offer attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 monthly, uncapped commissions, daily top-performer rewards, 15 days paid leave, and Provident Fund. Candidates should have about 1 year of calling/BPO experience and strong English, with on-site work Mon-Sat, 6 PM–2 AM.

The Role

You will be making outbound calls to US-based customers, starting conversations, building interest, and closing sales. You will get proper training, daily coaching, and full support to help you perform.

Compensation

PKR 3,000 attendance allowance every month

Commission on every sale you make uncapped
