Job Title: Sales Representative (Truck Dispatch Campaign)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our Truck Dispatch Campaign in Parkview City, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads by calling truck drivers, closing sales, and contributing to the growth of our operations. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on building relationships and driving sales within the trucking industry in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to truck drivers and dispatchers to generate leads for truck dispatch services.
  2. Promote and sell our truck dispatch services to prospective clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing active sales.
  5. Provide accurate information and details about services to potential clients.
  6. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  4. 18 years or older.
  5. Minimum education: Inter pass (High School diploma or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior sales experience in telemarketing or a similar field is a plus but not required.
  2. Knowledge of the trucking industry or logistics services is an advantage.

Experience:

No specific experience is required, though any background in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Location: Parkview City, Lahore.

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based pay: 25% commission for every active sale.

Option to receive a fixed salary (please discuss during interview).
