Job summary

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks an Executive Officer to support the Sales Quality and Compliance team in Lahore. The role focuses on monitoring Bancassurance and DSF channels for compliance, conducting audits to reduce mis-selling risks, and enhancing customer handling practices to uphold integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in sales compliance or quality assurance and will collaborate across departments to implement improvements and respond to regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in sales compliance management, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Experience in monitoring and ensuring adherence to sales quality standards and compliance policies.
• Proactive approach to identifying knowledge gaps and service quality issues across sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales activities within Bancassurance and DSF channels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to detect potential risks related to mis-selling and breaches of compliance policies.
• Evaluate customer handling processes to ensure they meet company standards and promote positive customer experiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps among sales representatives and design initiatives to enhance their understanding of compliance and sales quality.
• Track and analyze service quality data to uncover deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to implement process improvements focused on sales compliance and customer service.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to sales quality, compliance findings, and improvement programs.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure the sales channels adapt promptly to new compliance requirements.
• Support training and awareness campaigns focused on preventing mis-selling and enhancing customer relationship management.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits related to sales activities and compliance adherence.
• Maintain strong communication channels with sales teams to foster transparency and proactive issue resolution.
• Contribute to building a culture of compliance and ethical sales practices throughout the Bancassurance and DSF networks.
